Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, IslandPack Travel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

IslandPack Travel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  2. Contact your local carrier
