 IslandPack Travel – Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to complete the return process for the original item and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
